Ellen
I am a dietitian from South Western Sydney, with a passion for all things food and nutrition! I focus on helping clients find balance, build healthy habits and reach personal goals. I love being able to help people develop a good relationship with and learn more about food. My areas of interest include diabetes management, heart health, paediatrics and women’s health.
Outside of being a dietitian, of course I am a massive foodie. I enjoy eating out at new restaurants and cooking or creating new recipes myself. I also love spending time with my dog and at the beach.
Courtney
Hi, I’m Courtney and I’m an Accredited Practicing Dietitian located in Port Macquarie NSW. I love to help clients create healthy habits to help them achieve personal goals all while maintaining a healthy relationship with food! My interest ranges from general well-being to heart health, weight management, oncology, and gastrointestinal conditions.
Growing up in a busy city, I was lucky to have easy access to healthcare, and now I’m excited to bring that kind of support to regional communities, helping people take positive steps to achieving personal goals.


Shayan
As a Melbourne foodie and dietitian, I am beyond excited to bring my passion for food, cooking, and nourishing the soul to Peak Dietetics. My special interests include women’s and children’s health, and the relationship between diet and skin health. I want to optimise the long-term health of my clients by working together to form healthy habits that support wellbeing.
I am excited to support people in discovering the creativity and positivity in food, as well as preserving and celebrating diverse cultural heritages.
Outside of work, I live on my skates training with my roller derby team.
Sarah
Hi, I’m Sarah, a New Graduate Dietitian with a range of experiences from student placements. I hold a Master of Dietetics from Deakin University, completed in June 2024, and a Bachelor of Nutrition Science (Dietetics Pathway) from Deakin University, obtained in February 2023. My professional interests include coeliac disease, food allergies and intolerances, the link between diet and mental health, recreational sports nutrition, and chronic disease management.
Outside of work, I enjoy training with my competitive dance team, walking my dog at the beach, trying new restaurants with friends, and getting coffee at my local French Patisserie. I am excited to get to know my clients and work with them to find nutritional strategies that suit their food preferences and fit into their lifestyle.


Ashleigh
I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian located in the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie region, that graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2022. I have been working in the field since April 2023, working primarily throughout local GP clinics and looking after local veterans. My main goal as a dietitian is to create bonds with clients to help create a safe, open atmosphere, to ensure I can help in the best way I know how, through nutritional advice and education.

I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science and a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Monash University. My scientific background enriches my understanding of the complex relationship between nutrition and health, enabling me to help clients optimize their nutrition and achieve their health and wellness goals. I strive to create a supportive and non-judgemental space, offering personalized care tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

Hi I’m Ben! I’m an Accredited Practicing Dietitian on the Central Coast NSW, currently based at Wyoming and The Entrance.
